If you haven’t grown garlic before then you should have a go because it’s so easy resulting with home grown garlic that tastes so much better than supermarket bulbs. We have many varieties offering flavour strengths between mild and strong with some varieties producing mild tasting edible flowers which can be used within salads and stir fries. All the foliage produced on garlic plants is edible, so the whole plant can be eaten which is unusual. Some of my recommended varieties are “Cristo” offering strong flavour and “Arno” med flavour that yields well.
